Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily hotel operations on-site. You will drive sales, maximize revenue, and ensure guest satisfaction while managing a team of 8+ staff.

You will partner with Area Manager and Revenue Manager to implement strategies, monitor performance, and maintain compliance with OSHA and local laws, delivering top GOP results.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of General Manager experience.
• Experience managing a single-unit hospitality operation.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and sales focus.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the hotel according to the business plan and budget, with a strong focus on room sales.
• Deliver consistent sales growth and revenue performance by leading property-level sales initiatives.
• Execute company sales programs and ensure measurable participation and results from staff.
• Work with the Regional Director of Sales to implement market-level strategies, capture local accounts, and drive business-to-business sales.
• Partner with the Revenue Manager to optimize rates, inventory, and pricing decisions that increase market share.
• Achieve and exceed GOP targets compared to budget, last year, and comp sets.
• Recruit, hire, and train quality staff to build a strong team.
