Job summary

High Hotels is seeking a Hotel General Manager for the Hampton Inn in Lancaster, PA. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, foster a positive and engaging environment for both guests and associates, and deliver exceptional service that drives guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and overall property success.

As the hotel's senior leader, this role requires availability and flexibility to support a 24/7/365 operation and respond to operational needs when

Qualifications

• College degree required; hotel/restaurant management or culinary school education preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of hotel operations experience required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a hotel environment required.
• Experience overseeing front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, or overall hotel operations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members while maintaining high guest satisfaction standards.
• Proven ability to build relationships with guests, associates, vendors, and community partners.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call situations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop hotel personnel and recruiting efforts.
• Maintain brand and company standards, financial objectives, and market positioning.
• Develop relationships with guests, associates, vendors, and community partners.
• Attend to co-worker relations, scheduling, and on-call needs as required.
• Monitor budgetary goals and ensure cost control and operational excellence.
• Promote involvement in local and regional organizations to enhance community presence.
