Job summary

High Hotels is seeking a Hotel General Manager for the Hampton Inn in Lancaster, PA. The role oversees all hotel operations, fosters a positive environment for guests and associates, and delivers exceptional service driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

The successful candidate will lead the team, manage budgets, and ensure brand standards. Availability for a 24/7/365 operation is expected, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• College degree required; hospitality management education preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hotel operations experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in hotel environment.
• Experience overseeing front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, or overall operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team while maintaining high guest satisfaction standards.
• Proven ability to build relationships with guests, associates, vendors, and community partners.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call situations as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
