Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel management or hospitality GM experience.
• Proven guest services, staff leadership, and operations management.
• Strong budgeting, P&L, and revenue optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Experience with PMS and hotel operations software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Drive revenue growth through sales strategies, rate management, and occupancy optimization.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hotel staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining brand standards and resolving escalated concerns.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial reports.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and local ordinances.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners to increase bookings.
