Core Responsibilities

• OperationsOversight: Coordinate daily activities across all departments toensure smooth service.
• FinancialManagement: Oversee all aspects of labor control, manage P&L,control costs, and drive revenue. Proper reporting of all revenue, keepclean and accurate AR and AP accounts.
• StaffLeadership: Train, mentor, and review department managers and staff.
• GuestRelations: Inspect property conditions, build action plans, maintainbrand standards, and resolve escalated guest complaints.
• Safety& Compliance: Ensure the property meets all local health, safety,and security laws.
• BrandCompliance: Maintain all brand reporting, track, maintain and improveguest satisfaction metrics. Ensure all staff follow all policies andprocedures.
• HotelOperations: Maintain and improve all hotel operations, including allstaff, property and guest relations. Leading the hotel by example, produceyear over year positive gains both in brand metrics and hotelprofitability.
