Job summary

McKibbon is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to guide the hotel’s housekeeping team and partner with leadership to meet business goals. You will oversee all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring cleanliness, safety and high-quality standards.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will train staff, enforce brand standards, manage budgets and labor, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest ethical leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hotel manager/supervisor role.
• Experience working with major brands (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt).
• Knowledge of local and state compliance laws.
• Ability to lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and facilities meet high standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop associates to deliver superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with front desk to ensure rooms are ready for check-in and respond to guest requests.
• Train staff on brand and company standards to maximize revenue and quality.
• Monitor safety, maintain supplies and equipment, and ensure compliance with policies.
