Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Minimum of three years hotel management experience, preferably in all areas including front office and F&B.
• CPR Certification and First Aid training preferred; TIPS trained; Servsafe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Lead training and development of team members in PMS, Menu, steps of service, brand standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and take corrective actions to improve satisfaction and brand scores.
• Ensure safety and compliance with brand quality standards and life safety procedures.
