Valor is seeking a General Manager for a select-service Holiday Inn Express property in Fraser, CO. The role directs all facets of hotel operations to deliver superior service and a safe, engaging guest experience, while meeting financial goals for ownership.

Excellent salary plus bonus plus relocation assistance offered. The GM will partner with Sales & Marketing to drive revenue and oversee deployment of staff across departments to ensure quality operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of hotel operations to deliver superior service and product.
• Develop sales and revenue strategies with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and fiduciary obligations.
• Lead and develop Department Leaders and staff for career progression.
• Monitor financial performance and forecast to meet ownership expectations.
• Oversee guest relations, staffing, and day-to-day hotel operations.
