Job summary

Suburban Inns is seeking a General Manager for The Holiday Inn Express in Holland, MI. You will lead all facets of the property, drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets, ensure policy compliance, and develop teams to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining operations, coordinating with HR, and leading safety and community initiatives to uphold the property’s reputation and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
• Two years of Assistant General Manager experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome
• Implement company policies in coordination with HR
• Develop and approve operational policies and procedures
• Oversee budgeting and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Coordinate with department heads on personnel matters
• Lead property-wide safety and security initiatives
