Responsibilities

• Set and monitor goals, budgets, and financial plans; ensure debt/lease obligations are met.
• Maintain guest relations and operational standards through staffing, programming, and maintenance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a capable team of department leaders.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Represent the hotel in community/industry events and brand relations.
