Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Advanced certifications in hotel management advantageous.
• 7–10 years in hotel management with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience with budgets, P&L and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for long-term hotel success.
• Set department goals aligned with business objectives.
• Lead department heads, ensuring clear communication.
