Job summary

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Previous experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager at a similar size and type of hotel; experience as a department head preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Executive Committee and coordinate hotel operations.
• Develop and manage annual operating budget and business plan.
• Oversee guest service, product quality, maintenance and safety standards.
• Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing and yield management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and foster staff development.
