OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a General Manager for a property-based role at DoubleTree Pikesville. The GM will lead all hotel operations, drive profitability, and ensure service excellence in line with brand standards and ownership expectations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field and 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, including executive-level roles with strong P&L management, financial performance, and guest relations skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all hotel operations, including Rooms, F&B, Sales, Maintenance, and Admin functions.
• Ensure operational excellence and alignment with brand standards and ownership expectations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve property goals and performance targets.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
• Partner with sales and revenue teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
