Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, guest services).
Lead and develop hospitality teams with coaching and feedback.
Manage budgets, revenue management, and financial planning to maximize profitability.
Implement and monitor PMS and reservation platforms to streamline bookings and data management.
Maintain high guest relations and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop plans for revenue growth through pricing strategies and occupancy optimization.
Maintain group sales at hotel level.
Oversee HR activities including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee relations.
Oversee night audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions.
