Resolute Road Hospitality, on behalf of the Tru by Hilton Goodlettsville, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and guest satisfaction. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive revenue, manage teams, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality trends.
• Experience with labor analysis and revenue strategies.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems.
• Experience with brand systems is a plus.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk departments.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining Resolute Road Hospitality’s culture.
• Lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability.
• Build a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and empowerment.
• Partner with the General Manager to set and communicate goals and expectations.
• Lead by example to create a workplace where teams are appreciated and inspired.
• Monitor and optimize labor and expense controls across departments.
• Support strategic plans to drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with clients and community partners to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Recruit, hire, and train top talent with a focus on culture fit and growth potential.
• Conduct regular department meetings to align teams and celebrate successes.
• Motivate and retain team members through recognition and development.
• Manage employee relations with fairness and a solution-focused mindset.
• Respond to guest and employee feedback with professionalism.
• Be visible and engaged with guests to build relationships.
