Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across departments to ensure seamless functioning.
• Lead and supervise hospitality teams with training and performance feedback.
• Manage budgets including revenue management, cost control, and financial planning.
• Implement and monitor PMS and reservation platforms to streamline bookings.
• Uphold guest service standards and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop strategic plans for revenue growth through pricing and occupancy optimization.
• Maintain group sales at hotel.
• Oversee HR activities including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee relations.
• Oversee night audit procedures and accurate daily financial reporting.
