Job summary

Opal Hotels Group, LLC is seeking a General Manager for Hampton Inn & Suites Wilson I-95 in Wilson, NC. You’ll lead the property’s financial performance, guest experience, and brand standards while driving revenue and ensuring smooth daily operations.

As a strong leader, you’ll coach the team, manage budgets, and maintain community relationships, safety, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on exceptional hospitality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher-level education.
• 3 years hotel experience, with preferably 2 years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be a strong leader, self-motivator, team builder and willing to work 50+ hours per week with flexibility (minimum 5 days per week).
• Experience required may vary based on size and complexity of operation.
• Must speak fluent English (other languages preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel financial performance, guest experience, and brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop hotel team while driving revenue and cost control.
• Represent the hotel publicly and maintain strong local community relationships.
