Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Wilson is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping duties, ensuring guestrooms and public areas meet the brand’s standards of freshness and cleanliness.

You will lead the housekeeping team, coordinate laundry and public space activities, and work with the Facilities Manager and General Manager to maintain a safe, efficient operation. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher
• 2 years housekeeping experience with 1 year supervisory experience preferred
• Must speak fluent English
• Must be a strong leader, self-motivator and team builder
• Flexibility – 45+ hours per week (min. 5 days per week)
• Strength – capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach and train housekeeping team members; set goals and monitor performance.
• Directly supervise all housekeeping, laundry and public space staff.
• Coordinate cleaning activities across guestrooms, public areas, back of house and laundry operations.
• Communicate housekeeping needs with other hotel departments and respond promptly to requests.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• May serve as manager on duty and ensure brand and Opal standards are met.
