• Minimum 3 years hotel supervisory or management experience.
• Hilton Brand experience strongly preferred.
• Full operational knowledge of property management system.
• Positive role model with ability to resolve problems timely.
• Flexible in work hours to accommodate scheduling changes.
• Ability to adapt tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage staff and guests.
• Detail oriented in supervising staff and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision for staff and uphold brand standards.
• Interview, hire and onboard new staff.
• Ensure staff training and ongoing requirements.
• Schedule staff for service levels balancing guest needs and profitability.
• Cover shifts during surges, weather, or callouts.
• Coach and mentor staff for satisfaction.
• Process daily deposits and billing approvals.
• Drive incremental revenue through yield management.
• Inspect facility and coordinate with departments on maintenance.
• Review audit reports for accuracy and investigate irregularities.
• Give feedback in staff meetings on guest scores, budgets, and ops.
• Interact with guests to resolve complaints.
