Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily hotel and restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards. You will lead a team, manage performance, and partner with regional teams to meet objectives.

The role requires hotel management experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel for annual brand trainings. Weekend and holiday availability is expected; a strong, entrepreneurial approach is valued.

Formación

• Hotel Management experience is required
• Strong oral and written communication skills, organization, planning and attention to detail
• Sound analytical and problem solving abilities
• Ability to maximize revenues and control expenses to meet financial objectives
• Perform hands-on duties as needed to deliver guest services
• Lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, professional, caring behavior towards both guests and team members
• Must ensure the success of the hotel, through guest and associate satisfaction, is met
• Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to travel by plane at least once per year to meet the Brand training requirements

• Support and communicate company goals and initiatives, promote programs and act as an ambassador
• Hire qualified associates, assemble teams, manage performance, provide developmental opportunities
• Maintain regular attendance and be consistently on time
• Meet deadlines in regards to Brand and company standards
• Provide a safe working environment
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, dress code compliance
• Travel for Brand training at least once per year

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas is looking for a strong, results driven candidate that can cultivate an exceptional experience for guests as well as the hotel associates.

Be your own boss - we value entrepreneurial GMs who can drive all aspects of the hotel. We do not micromanage and trust our GMs to lead according to their experience.

The right fit for this position will be a team player and have a high level of professionalism when working with the Operations and regional Sales teams to support the hotel's goals.

The Hotel General Manager will:
