Hampton Inn North Brunswick/New Brunswick is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team and elevate the guest experience at a branded property. You will drive revenue growth, oversee daily operations, develop staff, and ensure brand standards across all departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel general management or assistant general management experience.
• Branded hotel experience with Hilton, Marriott, IHG, or similar strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in revenue management and budget oversight.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
