HOME2 SUITES by Hilton in Ooltewah, TN is seeking a General Manager to lead daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards. The role oversees front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage, with accountability for financial performance and associate development.

The GM will recruit and train staff, monitor budgets, optimize revenue, and uphold safety and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of hotel management experience, including budget responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience supervising 15+ associates; Hilton or Marriott experience preferred.

The General Manager provides overall leadership for hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing associates, achieving financial goals, and maintaining company and brand standards.

Requirements

• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

Requirements

• On-site position with flexible availability, including weekends.
• Periodic overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to push/pull up to 60 lbs. and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
