Job summary

Redd Hospitality in Dallas is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager and Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Full Service/Upscale/Fine Dining and Scratch cooking, with hands-on leadership across all aspects of operations.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage budgets, optimize scheduling, and enforce health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in Full Service/Upscale/Fine Dining.
• Strong culinary knowledge with menu development and food presentation.
• Proven ability in staff training and team building.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management in a restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and daily restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the particularly in Full Service / Upscale, Fine Dining and Scratch cooking background, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire staff, manage budgets, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service and quality.
• Manage staff recruitment, training development, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.
• Implement effective shift management practices to optimize staffing and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.

Experience
