• Record and input credit card and petty cash purchases into the hotel’s records.
• Recommend capital improvements to enhance assets and brand loyalty.
• Assist in completing EOM reports by the due date.
• Manage day-to-day operations, assign work, and set performance goals.
• Oversee front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Communicate with Management on operational issues and keep teams on the same page.
• Provide coaching and regular feedback to improve performance and resolve conflicts.
