Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove is seeking a full-time Hotel Front Office Agent to greet guests, handle check-in/out, and manage reservations with a polished European-inspired hospitality style and bay views.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or similar role is required.

• Customer service mindset.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• A degree in hotel management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and manage check-in/check-out.
• Handle online and phone reservations.
• Inform guests about rates, rooms, and amenities.
• Assist VIP guests and group bookings as needed.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure ready rooms.
