YOUR ROLE AS HOTEL FRONT OFFICE AGENT:
We are seeking a Hotel Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their stay. Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. Experience in customer service and the hotel industry is preferred. Your goal is to create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
