Responsibilities

• Train and monitor front desk staff.
• Assist with reservations and guest check-in/check-out.
• Provide friendly, courteous telephone service to guests and staff.
• Coordinate with guests from arrival to departure including special requests.
• Maintain security and privacy of guest rooms and keys.
• Communicate with management through reports and feedback.
• Assist with group bookings and unusual circumstances.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and guide tours for prospective clients.
• Maximize revenues through sales and outstanding service.
• Develop knowledge of rates, amenities, and local attractions to assist clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and performance data.
• Uphold safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives.
• Model appropriate behaviors and supervise according to hotel policies.
• Train associates on service standards, technical skills, SOPs, and safety.
• Encourage open communication among staff and follow management duties.
