Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hotel front desk experience.
• Excellent people skills to supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and monitor front desk staff.
• Assist with reservations and checking guests in and out.
• Uphold friendly, courteous telephone service and interactions with guests and fellow employees.
• Coordinate with guests from arrival to departure for reservations, wake-up calls, check-in/check-out, routing, charges, and special requests.
• Preserve security and privacy of guest rooms and administrative keys.
• Communicate with management through reports and guest feedback.
• Assist with special requests, group blocking, and unusual circumstances.
• Conduct site inspections for safety and client tours.
• Maximize revenues through sales and outstanding service.
• Develop knowledge of rates, features, amenities, and area attractions to assist clients and stay competitive.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Ensure property safety via risk management and emergency procedures.
• Train and develop associates on 4 Keys service standards and safety.
• Foster open communication between employees.
• Follow additional duties as assigned by management.
