IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless transactions, exceptional local service, and proactive guest support from check-in to check-out. You will mentor staff, maintain standards, and contribute to guest satisfaction and revenue goals.

Ideal candidates have previous front desk experience, some supervisory responsibility, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework preferred.
• Previous hotel front desk experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support front desk agents during all shifts.
• Ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Train, coach, and mentor front desk staff on policies and standards.
• Balance cash transactions and ensure accurate billing.
