A boutique hotel in Rockport, MA is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join their guest services team. The role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant stay. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a background in hospitality, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. This position offers an hourly wage of $18 and requires availability on weekends and holidays.
Do you have a passion for service and love to put a smile on people’s faces? Then you might be an excellent fit for the hotel front desk agent position on our guest services team! You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Strong communication skills, friendliness, knowledge of the surrounding area, and great time management are desired for this position. The ability to work independently, yet as part of the team is also a requirement.
Shifts would vary through the week, mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Weekends and holidays are required.
Front Desk would be starting in June, and be a seasonal job, or year round.
