Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. The role involves welcoming guests, managing accounts, answering inquiries, and addressing complaints to ensure an excellent guest experience. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a passion for guest satisfaction. If you enjoy interacting with people in a positive work environment, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities
  1. Stand on your feet for an 8-hour shift in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, distribute keys, assign rooms, and record credit card information.
  3. Address and resolve customer complaints.
  4. Maintain accurate and current guest account information.
  5. Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms for new guests.
  6. Manage incoming calls, online and in-person booking requests, and respond to inquiries about rates, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests.
Qualifications
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours during a shift.
  • Previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems preferred.
  • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a front desk agent or similar role preferred.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience handling telephone calls and stressful situations.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Compensation

$12 hourly
