The Sebastian Vail is seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team on a full-time, year-round basis. This role requires dedication to exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-ins/outs, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival and provide warm farewells.
• Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guests' needs.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability, guest accounts, and payments.
• Resolve guest complaints or issues professionally and timely.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Follow hotel security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
