Job summary

This role requires strong supervisory skills, familiarity with Rooms or F&B, and ability to work under pressure, with responsibilities spanning maintenance, housekeeping, and service standards, plus compliance with company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Rooms or F&B in a hotel.
• Ability to supervise multiple departments and staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise back-of-house and front-office departments in the GM's absence.
• Assist in financial reporting and cost-control efforts.
• Support department heads to understand positions and their impact on operations.
• Participate in M.O.D. coverage and training programs.
