ARK is seeking a night auditor/overnight laundry associate to join our hospitality team. The role combines nightly financial oversight with guest service duties to ensure smooth operations while maintaining security and accuracy of daily records.

You'll verify and reconcile charges, assist with reservations and front desk tasks, and contribute to a warm, complaint-free guest experience. Training is provided; candidates should be reliable, computer-proficient, and customer-focused.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired.
• Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required.
• Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Verify, audit, and reconcile financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, occupancy percentages.
• Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager and department heads.

Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages
• Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
• Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed
• Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay
