Qualifications

• Hotel front office leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive leadership with coaching ability.
• Financial acumen and experience with hotel systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all front desk operations and ensure superb guest service.
• Model responsiveness, professionalism, and guest-focused approach.
• Train and mentor staff in check-in/check-out, reservations, and service procedures.
• Empower associates to deliver excellent service and recognize success.
• Act as Manager on Duty and support other hotel operations as needed.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and the General Manager to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, recruiting, training, and front office development.
• Maintain financial controls, reporting, and cash-handling compliance.
• Monitor quality standards through regular inspections of guest rooms and spaces.
• Promote a safe, compliant work environment and address hazards proactively.
• Support preventive maintenance and property upkeep.
