Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or hotel front desk operations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to engage with guests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a professional check-in/check-out experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about facilities and local attractions.
• Manage reservations, verify guest details, and assign rooms based on preferences.
• Handle cash and card transactions, balance cash drawer, and complete daily reports.
• Follow security protocols and maintain guest privacy and information.
