The position is part-time with a base pay of $16.00 per hour. Candidates should enjoy interacting with guests, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced hotel environment while maintaining a professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer skills and cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, promotions and availability.
• Promote loyalty programs and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Handle payments and cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain front desk records, shift reports, and guest information.
