Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of hotel, retail, or other customer-focused experience.
• Valid United States driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
• Manage guest reservations and plan accommodations accordingly.
• Process financial transactions and handle special billing needs when required.
• Maintain awareness of hotel activities and local events for guest recommendations.
• Upsell hotel services to drive revenue while delivering excellent service.
