Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Take incoming calls, online and in-person room booking requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
  2. Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
  3. Handle customer complaints when necessary
  4. Perform general bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date
  5. Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers
Qualifications
  1. Impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  3. Experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
  4. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  5. Preferred: 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service specialist
Compensation

$16 hourly
