Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift.
  2. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately.
  3. Take reservations over the telephone, through emails, and in person, including groups.
  4. Contact housekeeping and/or maintenance departments when a problem is reported and perform basic maintenance to minimize out of order rooms.
  5. Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions.
Qualifications:
  1. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  2. Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
  3. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
  4. Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  5. Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
Compensation:

$17 - $18 hourly
