Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly.
  2. Take reservations in person, via email, or over the phone, including group bookings.
  3. Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions.
  4. Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed.
  5. Balance cash at the end of each shift and generate reports for the next shift.
Qualifications:
  1. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  2. Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  3. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  4. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
  5. Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
Compensation:

$12.50 - $13.00
