ARK is seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant to be the first point of contact for guests. You will handle check-in and check-out, answer questions, and promote the property's vision and values to ensure a memorable stay.

You will greet guests, manage registration, handle payments, operate the switchboard, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to minimize disruptions. A guest-focused mindset and multitasking ability are essential.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. Compensation: $17 hourly

Responsibilities

• Contact housekeeping and/or maintenance departments when a problem is reported and perform basic maintenance so as to minimize out of order rooms
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy.
• Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed.
• Greet guests and patrons to find out their room needs as well as the reason for their visit and manage the registration process
