Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in hospitality or similar roles.
• Familiarity with reservation or PMS software.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfort with using computers and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out of guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries.
• Process payments, deposits, and refunds per hotel policy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve guest needs.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
• Resolve guest concerns, escalating when needed to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in the PMS regarding guest stays and payments.
• Upsell rooms and hotel amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Follow safety protocols to protect guests and staff.
