Residence Inn Kenwood is looking for a Hotel Guest Service Agent, Front Desk Clerk, or Front Office Agent to join Commonwealth Hotels in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide information about local attractions and services.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle reservations and payments accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and reservation platforms.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out efficiently and warmly.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes in the system.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments, deposits, and refunds in accordance with hotel policies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs.
• Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
