Job summary

Ignite Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Agent (Guest Service) at the Red Lion Boise Downtowner. The role handles check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries in a fast-paced hotel environment.

As the first and last impression, you will deliver outstanding service, assist with daily front office tasks, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience at a hotel front desk is a plus.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and front desk software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide efficient check-in/check-out services.
• Process reservations, room assignments, and payments accurately.
• Answer phones and manage emails; respond to guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Support loyalty programs and local marketing initiatives as directed.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness and organization.
