Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort, a Colwen Hotels Property, seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. You will manage guest registration, reservations, and provide guests with information about the hotel and local area. This role includes a mix of first and second shifts.

Responsibilities include front desk operations, guest service excellence, and timely check-in/check-out while coordinating with housekeeping and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year of related hospitality experience.
• Prior Hilton brand experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a 7-day rotational schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout.
• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure timely check-in/check-out.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to track room readiness and guest requests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates, and local events.
• Process guest payments and handle confidential information.
• Adhere to Colwen and brand standards and maintain lobby area.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues.
