Teshara Investments is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative for the 2 PM-10 PM shift to join our hotel team in Arizona. You will greet guests, assist with check‑in and check‑out, handle front desk operations, and manage various guest interactions with a positive demeanor.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma/GED, proficiency in English, and the ability to stay composed under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining health and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations
• Ability to demonstrate genuine care for customers and employees
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
