Hampton Inn Boston-Natick is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and ensure a smooth stay. You will assist with check-in and check-out, respond to inquiries, and provide information about local attractions and services.

The role emphasizes strong customer service,a positive demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy lobby while supporting fellow hotel teams.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel software systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Handle phone calls, reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local area.
