Job summary

Peachtree Group seeks a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee hotel F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service orders. You will recruit and train staff, manage inventories, handle complaints, and shape menus.

You will supervise shifts across the main restaurant, cocktail lounge, and banquet services, ensuring quality and efficiency while monitoring costs and promoting guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and staff training abilities.
• Proven ability to manage inventories, costs and menus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house F&B operations.
• Respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Organize and supervise shifts across restaurant, bar, and banquets.
• Appraise staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Control costs and identify waste-reduction opportunities.
• Generate reports on revenues and expenses (weekly/monthly/annual).
