You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage inventory, handle guest concerns, and ensure top-quality service across the main restaurant, bar lounge, banquets, and room service.

The role requires coordinating front and back-of-house activities, staffing shifts, monitoring costs, and reporting revenues and expenses.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hotel F&B operations.
• Ability to supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Proven track record in budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House F&B operations.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
